We provide the hair for most of our braiding services, but if you prefer to bring your own, that is also welcome.

With proper care, most braids can last between 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the style and hair type.

Yes, we offer touch-ups and maintenance services to help extend the life of your braids. Please contact us for more details.

9. What should I do to prepare my hair before the braiding appointment?

It’s best to arrive with clean, detangled hair. Please ensure your hair is free from any heavy products or oils.

10. How should I care for my braids after the appointment?

To maintain your braids, keep your scalp moisturized and cover your hair with a silk or satin scarf when sleeping. We recommend using lightweight oils to keep the hair looking fresh.

11. What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

We understand that plans can change and you may be forced to reschedule your appointment. Although we do not charge fees for appointment cancellation, we encourage our clients to send at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. This will allow us to reschedule other clients as we are always busy!

Yes, we offer braiding services for children. We take extra care to ensure that children are comfortable throughout the process.

14. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cashapp, zell and Apple Pay.

15. Can you do custom braiding styles based on reference photos?

Yes, we are happy to work with reference photos to create custom styles. Please send us the photos and we will take care of you.
